Adam Kolkin is an American actor. He appears as an eight-year-old Kurt in the Glee episode Grilled Cheesus. Prior to his appearance on Glee, he had worked as an extra in movies and television series and appeared in commercials.

Personal Life

Kolkin has many activities outside of being a professional actor. He began Scouting when he was 6 years old and was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout at the age of 15. Besides being a straight A Honors student, he is in his 3rd year as a member of the nationally ranked Los Alamitos High School Show Choir. In 2012, his advanced mixed choir, SoundFX, was undefeated in California with 4 Grand Championships and took 1st runner up in Fame Nationals Chicago 2012 out of more than 100 schools. His all men's group, Xtreme, was also undefeated with 5 Grand Championships for the 2012 season.

  • He portrayed the young version of Chris Colfer's character (Carson Phillips) in Struck By Lightning just like he did in Glee with Kurt Hummel.
  • Adam played the trumpet for 6 years and was a member of the renowned McAuliffe Jazz Band for 3 years.
