Benjamin is a student at the New York Academy of the Dramatic Arts. In The New Rachel, Benjamin tells Cassandra July that he can't be her TA anymore for he got the role of a flying monkey for a production of Wicked. She says that it isn't a problem for its his first time in a professional production. They hug, and he exits to go to his appointment to try on his monkey wings.
