Elaine appeared with the other Cardinals in Nutbush City Limits. After, she shared a mouse-kiss with Santana, on the impression that they were dating. Later, Brittany reveals that she found out Santana paid Elaine to act as her girlfriend for her return to Lima. This is the only time she is seen in the episode.
