Gina Hecht, born December 6, 1953,[1][2] is an American actress. She is known for her role on Mork and Mindy and she had a recurring role on Glee in 2009 and 2012.
Personal life[]
Hecht was born in Houston, Texas[1] to Pauline Pike (Hecht). She graduated from University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem.[1] Hecht has a sister, Esther, and a brother, Harold.
She married Brian Herskowitz in 1988.
Career[]
Hecht had a TV role on Mork and Mindy for two years until 1981, and had a film role in Night Shift in 1982. She had a role in St. Elmo's Fire, St. Elsewhere in 1985, had a recurring role in Everything's Relative in 1987, and had a recurring in Heartbeat for a year until 1989.
She had a recurring role on Seinfeld for one year until 1993, had a recurring role on The District for five episodes for three years until 2003, and had recurring role on Glee for three episodes in 2009 and 2012.
