Glee: The Music, The Rocky Horror Glee Show is an album that was released on October 19, 2010 and contains songs from the fifth episode of Season TwoThe Rocky Horror Glee Show, which are all covers of songs from the film, The Rocky Horror Picture Show

Critical reception[]

The album was met with favorable reviews. Andrew Leahey of Allmusic gave the album a three-and-a-half stars out of five, and called the EP "one of the better recordings in Glee's catalog" and a "tidy, polished, well-sung tribute album." He gave plaudits to the performances of Naya RiveraJayma Mays, and John Stamos, but felt like the casting of Amber Riley as Dr. Frank-N-Furter was misplaced.

Commercial performance[]

The album debuted at number six on the Billboard 200 chart the week of October 27, 2010, and sold 48,000 copies, this became the lowest debut and sales for the cast in the United States. As of April 2011, the EP is Glee's lowest-selling album in the US, with only 160,000 copies.
