Isn't She Lovely by Stevie Wonder is featured in Prom Queen, the twentieth episode of Season Two. It is sung by Artie with New Directions Boys (except Kurt) as back-up.
It is performed in the Home Economics Room, as Artie serenades Brittany during her class as a way of apologizing for calling her stupid and asking her to the prom. Despite this, she turns down his invitation for them to go to prom together. Kurt is delighted to hear this performance due to the fact that it's a prom proposal.
