Jane Galloway Heitz (born January 1, 1970) is a 43-year-old actress. On Glee she portrayed Lillian Adler, the former head of the Glee Club at William McKinley High School.

In person, she only appears the director's cut of Pilot, the first episode of Season One; otherwise, she only appears in a picture hanging perpetually on the wall in the choir room next to the door, with the quote 'Glee is about opening yourself up to joy'.
