John Ross Bowie (born May 30, 1971) is an American television and film actor and is most recently known for playing Barry Kripke in The Big Bang Theory, and modeling as the benefits spokesperson for the Target Corporation "Ben E. Fitz". He also appears in commercials for Progressive Corporation, and appeared in the film What The Bleep Do We Know? opposite Marlee Matlin.
John is a former member of seminal New York pop punk band EGGHEAD.
Glee Appearance
He plays Dennis on Glee in the episode Mattress as the school portrait taker. He is the one who accepts Rachel and the New Directions to be in the Matress commercial.
The Glee Project Appearance
He appears in the first episode of season 1 of the Glee Project during the 'Firework' music video, as the photographer.
