Maybe This Time from Cabaret is featured in The Rhodes Not Taken, the fifth episode of Season One. It is sung by April and Rachel.
The song is performed after the New Directions become very reluctant to have April join the glee club after Rachel has quit. It is April's first song performed on Glee, and she sings it as proof of her singing talent. The performance makes Kurt so emotional that he cries at the end of the song.

- Lindsay Pearce sung this as her second last chance performance on The Glee Project.
- As well as being performed, the instrumental version of this song can be heard for a few seconds: later on in the episode The Rhodes Not Taken, when April is walking down the hallway, prior to Somebody to Love.
