Merry Christmas Darling by The Carpenters is featured in A Very Glee Christmas, the tenth episode of Season Two. It is featured on the Glee: The Music, The Christmas Album and It is sung by Rachel.
Originally, Rachel was only going sing it to Finn as a Christmas present, but he rejects the gift, making her sing the song alone, with back-up vocals from the band players. With help from the AV Club, she organized Christmas trees on the stage and falling snow for decorations.
