Nick Duval is a student at Dalton Academy and is a member of the Warblers. He performs many songs with the other Warblers.
He is portrayed by Curt Mega.
In Special Education, Nick, Kurt, and Jeff are all given the opportunity to audition for a solo; it is revealed that Nick had auditioned for a solo three times before. Nick and Jeff both move on from the original audition round, while Kurt does not, suggesting that they are better at fitting the Warblers' group dynamic than Kurt initially is. He sang in Hey, Soul Sister at Sectionals.
He performs Animal with the Warblers.
Right before Blaine walks in to sing Misery, he is seen either copying off of Kurt's paper or taking notes.
Nick and the other Warblers sing Somewhere Only We Know to Kurt to say goodbye and wish him well.
Nick appears with Sebastian and the Warblers when battling head-to-head against the New Directions in the parking lot for the Bad number. After Sebastian slushies Blaine, he stays back when the rest of the Warblers leave, flashing Blaine a sympathetic look, seeing how much pain he is in. Nick is present in the Dalton band room when Santana confronts Sebastian. Nick is also present towards the end of the episode, in the Black or White number. Once Trent gets up to sing alongside the New Directions, his face is shown as surprised, but eventually gets up to join them as well. When Sebastian is still shown at the end of the number, seated in place clapping sarcastically, Nick speaks out telling Sebastian to "give it up." Sebastian retorts that Nick's attitude was the same one that lost them Regionals last year.
In the episode On My Way, Nick and the Warblers perform for Regionals against New Directions and the Golden Goblets. Nick is seen singing and dancing in Stand and Glad You Came. The Warblers are also raising money for their Born This Way foundation to help Dave Karofsky who recently tried a suicide attempt. Unfortunately the Warblers place second at Regionals, The Golden Goblets placing third and New Directions taking the first place trophy. This is the last time the Warblers are seen in Season Three, including Nick.
Nick is first seen in the phone booth during the performance of Help!. As he is intrigued by the commotion, he follows the crowd with his fellow glee club members. He is then seen agreeing to help Blaine with the proposal. Later in the episode he dances and sings backup with the rest of the Warblers during All You Need Is Love.
