Phillip "Phil" Lipoff, is a character on Glee who made his first appearance in The New Rachel, the first episode of Season Four. He is a student and a jock at William McKinley High School, in Lima, Ohio.

He is portrayed by Daniel Curtis Lee.

Biography

Season Four

The New Rachel

Phil is portrayed as the new jock bully of McKinley High, along with his best friend, Bobby Surette. At first, he is a "friend" of New Directions, because of their popularity. He was first seen at the Lima Bean where Kitty tells Kurt that her Iced Latte is too cold. He and Boom Boom make fun of Marley's mom during the lunch table with the glee club and Marley gets mad and reveals that she is the daughter of the new cook. At last, him, Boom and Kitty say to the glee club members that they're not popular anymore, and he and Boom Boom throw slushies at Marley and Unique saying "And with that, order is restored."

Britney 2.0

He and Bobby relentlessly insult Mrs. Rose in cafeteria. Marley attempts to stop them, but it does not work, prompting Jake to make them apologize to Mrs. Rose. The two refuse so Jake attacks the two of them, starting a short fist-fight, only to be pulled apart by Will.

Dynamic Duets

Phil was first seen in a flashback, making fun of Jake with his friends.Then him and Bobby rudely intreupted Jake and Mrs. Rose conversation and made fun of her. Jake was defending her and almost got up with them and the rest of their friends, but Ryder and the superheroes came and saved Jake. Phil and the others leave because of the threat Ryder made .

Glee, Actually

Phil only appears with his friend Bobby picking on Jake, and then Jake starts wrestling with him and Bobby on the ground, but then it was soon broken up by Jake's brother Puck, he soon tells them to leave Jake alone or he'll beat him up too with Jake. They left and didn't return for the remainder of the episode. This is the last time he's seen on the show to date.
