She's Not There by The Zombies is featured in The Sue Sylvester Shuffle, the eleventh episode of Season Two. It is sung by Finn with Artie, Sam and the football team, after his conversation with Quinn.
They perform it while they are in full zombie make up. It is sung after Karofsky suggests to Finn that the group needs a warm-up number before they perform Thriller/Heads Will Roll during the half time show.
