One of the members of The Golden Goblets was seen talking to Finn during the Warblers performance and asking why Finn was cheering for their competition.
After their Regionals performance, Puck mentions how he didn't expect them to be as good as they were. Unfortunately, the Golden Goblets were unable to surpass the New Directions nor the Warblers at Regionals, placing third. However, they seemed happy with their placing.
