The Rosedale Mennonites are a show choir group that competed against the New Directions and the Warblers at the 2012 Western Ohio Sectional Championship. Their homespun style evokes the Mennonite religious denomination.

The show choir performs a mashup of the folk classics Over the River and Through the Wood / She'll Be Coming 'Round the Mountain, which several members of the New Directions are shown enjoying. They placed second in the competition, beating the New Directions.

- They were the only team not to be disqualified from Sectionals, yet they did not win. It's possible they originally got second place.
- The fictional Rosedale Mennonites appear to be named after the real town of Rosedale, Ohio, which has a significant Mennonite population. (It is home to a two-year bible college founded by Mennonites.)
