The Unitards is a show choir based in Defiance, Ohio. They are first mentioned in Mash Off where it is revealed they will be the New Directions and The Troubletones competition at Sectionals. In Hold on to Sixteen, they compete at Sectionals against The Troubletones and New Directions. The club performs Buenos Aires from the musical Evita with Harmony leading the song.

Will seems slightly worried after their performance, claiming he didn't expect them to be so good. They are later seen cheering on New Directions, showing little rivalry with the other choirs. Ultimately, they place third in the competition, which they seem happy about, Harmony commenting on how they can only get better and that next year it'll be a "Bloodbath!"
