The Way You Look Tonight/You're Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile from Fred Astaire/Annie is a mash-up featured in Makeover, the third episode of Season Four. It is sung by Isabelle, Kurt, and Rachel.
After Kurt and Rachel break into the Vogue Vault, Isabelle and two security guards catch the two. Kurt quickly explains that he's preparing a video with Rachel as a model, and he's planning on giving her a makeover. Isabelle then says: "You had me at makeover," and the song begins.
As the performance progresses, Rachel goes through a makeover, changing her hair, applying make-up and also changing her dresses. Kurt too, changes his clothes to a stylish suit. They dance playfully and by the end Rachel is wearing a stunning outfit.
Lyrics
Isabelle:
Some day
When I'm awfully low
When the world is cold
I will feel a glow just thinking of you
But you're never fully dressed without a smile
Oh, it's lovely
With your smile so warm
And your cheeks so soft
There is nothing for me but to love you
Isabelle and Kurt:
But you're never fully dressed without a smile
Kurt:
Who cares what they're wearing
From Main Street, to Saville Row
Rachel:
It's what you wear from ear to ear
Kurt and Rachel:
And not from head to toe
Isabelle:
Lover

Won't you please arrange it?
Cause I love you (Remember)
