Thriller/Heads Will Roll by Michael Jackson/Yeah Yeah Yeahs is a mash-up featured in The Sue Sylvester Shuffle, the eleventh episode of Season Two. It is sung by the New Directions with the Titans. Artie, Finn, Rachel and Santana have solos.
The mash-up is performed at half time in the final championship game, in which the Titans participate. Coach Beiste told the Football Team that, unless they performed this number, they wouldn't be allowed to play in the game. At first they all refused to, but just in time Puck persuaded them all (except Dave Karofsky) to perform because he said that they could play if they perform the song with New Directions. Quinn, Santana, and Brittany all quit the glee club and didn't do the number in favor of a Cheerios regional championship, but as the football team was losing, Finn let Sam be the quarterback in order to persuade the girls to come and do the half time show resulting in them quitting Cheerios. The crowd enjoys the song, and Karofsky sees how well the number is doing and he joins in.
It is featured on Glee: The Music, Volume 5.

Trivia
- Two different versions of this song have been released, the main difference being Finn's lines. The original single features an unaltered Finn singing; however, the altered version was released on Glee: The Music, Volume 5, and features effects on Finn's voice to sound deeper and more demonic. The episode uses this second version.
- It was the first time that the New Directions performed a number with the football team in front of crowd. The male New Directions members performed with the football team in front of the girls, earlier in the episode with The Zombies' She's Not There.
- This performance was inspired by the Thriller performance of The Philippines' Dancing Inmates as a tribute for Michael Jackson.
