Tickles The Clown was a judge at the 2011 Sectionals Competition, along with Brandy Engleberd and Dorothy Saunders. He is portrayed by Guilford Adams. For three years running, Tickles has won the party clown of the year award.

Season Three
Hold on to Sixteen
In Hold on to Sixteen, he appeared as judge in the Sectionals Competition. He is seen enjoying New Directions' performance of ABC. Tickles believes that it is nice to be working with kids who are just sick with talent. He is the judge who announces the result of Sectionals. It's implied that Sugar Motta likes him.
Michael
In Michael, Santana says the only reason New Directions won at sectionals is because the clown judge was 'high as a kite'.
