Trent is a student at Dalton Academy and a member of the Dalton Academy Warblers. The actor also appeared as a student of William McKinley High School, as shown in Journey and in The Substitute. He first appears as a Warbler in the episode Special Education along with many of the other Warblers.
He is portrayed by Dominic Barnes.

Trent is first introduced in this episode and can be seen during Hey, Soul Sister.
Takes part in the Bills Bills Bills performance.
Trent participates in The Warbler's Gap Attack and Lonely Heart Dinner, where they sing When I Get You Alone and Silly Love Songs, respectively.
Trent is seen during The Warbler's performance of Animal.
Trent actively voices his opinions and is shown to have deep admiration for Blaine. He shouts "How dare you?!" when David points out that a song is not Blaine's natural key and later yells out, "This is a kangaroo court!" when the Warblers get into a fight over their outfits for Regionals.
Trent is at WMHS to say goodbye to Kurt with the rest of The Warblers. He sings in Somewhere Only We Know.
He returned with most of the Warblers from season 2, he performs Uptown Girl and asks if Blaine is returning to Dalton.
When Santana confronts Sebastian, she tells the Warblers that because of the slushie, Blaine had to have surgery and might lose an eye. Trent becomes extremely worried and asks if Blaine is okay, but Sebastian reprimands him. Later in the episode, Trent is the first Warbler to join the New Directions performance of Black or White, leading the other Warblers (except Sebastian) to do the same.
Trent is seen performing with the Warblers at Regionals, taking part in both Stand and Glad You Came. He is next seen in the audience enjoying New Directions performance. The Warblers place second to which he is seen upset about.
Trent is seen performing My Dark Side with Blaine and the Warblers, when they convince him to join them and leave New Directions.
Towards the beginning of the episode, Blaine and Sam notice that he was missing during the Warblers' performance at Sectionals; so they investigate the case. During the Sadie Hawkins dance, Trent shows up and admits that the Warblers were forced by Hunter Clarington to inject performance-enhancing drugs. Trent says that he had to leave the Warblers because he refused to take the substances. At first he doesn't want to shame the Warblers and his friends, but in the end, he is convinced to make a statement.Trent is first seen in the phone booth during the performance of Help!. As he is intrigued by the commotion, he follows the crowd with his fellow glee club members. After the performance he speaks for all the Warblers agreeing to help Blaine with the proposal, but is interrupted by Sebastian. Later in the episode he dances and sings backup with the rest of the Warblers during All You Need Is Love.
