Rachel Glee- The NY Story

Rachel Barbra Berry is a main character on Glee: The New York Story. She's a sophomore at the New York Academy of Dramatic Arts, is a waitress at the Spotlight Diner and is apart of the National Champion winning Glee Club 'Finn Harmonic' run by her husband, Finn Hudson. She previously was Fanny Brice in the Broadway revival of Funny Girl.

Rachel is a determined young woman who does anything she can to reach her dreams of being on Broadway. At the start of the series, Rachel is determined to only focus on her career, but when her ex-boyfriend Finn shows up in New York with hopes that he can help her get her life on track she finds herself falling for him again and decides to continue her relationship with him. Rachel originally books an audition for the Broadway revival Funny Girl in which she eventually gets the part of Fanny Brice in the Season 2 episode Thanksgiving. After much thought, Rachel and Finn get married in the episode Enchanted in front of all their friends and family.

The wedding bliss soon ends when Rachel is sexually assaulted by her co-star Paolo San Pablo, which ultimately costs Rachel her job when Paolo twists the story around. With Finn and Puck's help, Rachel is able to get her job back and instead of working with Paolo, Finn books the role of Nick Arnstein, causing Rachel joy.

Rachel focuses on performing as Fanny Brice in the third season but becomes worried about what a tough critic thinks about her. Eventually she impresses the critic and the show has rave reviews. However, Rachel is forced to choose between the role of her dreams or Glee Club, which makes her happy. In the end, Rachel chooses Glee Club, ending her run on Funny Girl. In Homecoming Rachel gets the option of auditioning for Wicked in which she does. However, she faces a dilemma when Sidney wants her to come back to the show, for monetary purposes. In Cloud 9, Rachel deals with battling a stomach ailment which forces her to sit out during Sectionals and while she makes her decision and wins the lead role in Wicked, her life is turned upside down...due to her being pregnant with her and Finn's first child.

Rachel reveals her pregnancy to Finn in the fourth season and while Finn isn't ecstatic with the news at first, he eventually warms up to it as he and Rachel prepare for their life in parenthood. Rachel ends up finding fame from her casting of Wicked, with the media even finding out about her pregnancy. With her fame, she is able to use it and help Kurt get his wedding planning business off the ground. Rachel is also named Marley's maid of honor, beating out Kitty for the position. Rachel faces scrutiny when she ends up giving Puck and Marley a selfish wedding gift. With Sebastian's help, she and Finn are able to get a wedding present for Puck and Marley that's meaningful.

Rachel and Finn continue to anticipate the birth of their child and soon find out the baby is a boy. However, their words come crashing down when Rachel gets into a car accident and finds the baby had passed away in the incident. While Finn deals with his grief by bonding with others, Rachel alienates herself and becomes jealous of Marley when she sees Marley getting nice things following her own heartbreak.

At the beginning of the series, Finn had no sense of direction and was discharged from the army after shooting himself in the thigh with a gun. Finn decides to go to New York where he reunites with his ex-girlfriend Rachel. Despite an awkward start, the two of them realize that they're meant to be and rekindle their relationship, with Finn proposing to her and Rachel accepting. In Can't Hold Us, Finn becomes the leader of the NYADA Glee Club after finding out they're terrible, the group eventually naming the group 'Finn Harmonic' after him. Finn finds out his father is alive in the episode Homeward Bound which causes a rift between him and his mother. However, Finn finds out why his mother never told him about Christopher when Christopher strikes him across the face. Finn is traumatic about the experience but everyone helps Finn move past it.

Finn focuses on his upcoming nuptials with Rachel, but on his wedding day, his father shows up in order to ruin the wedding. However, the rest of Finn and Rachel's friends move the wedding to McKinley and Finn and Rachel marry in the choir room. Season 2 also sees Finn booking a role in Funny Girl, him getting a Rachel tattoo, him coping with the sudden death of Christopher and him questioning whether to trust his friends once he's arrested for a party he never threw. He finds out he has a half-sister from Christopher's side of the family which happens to be his friend (Marley) and he leads his Glee Club to Regionals and Nationals, 'Finn Harmonic' winning it's first title and NYADA winning their first title in 20 years.

Finn prepares for his Broadway debut in Funny Girl during season three, but he also has to deal with his best friend Puck developing feelings and dating his sister Marley; while Finn was vastly against the idea of them together, he eventually comes around and accepts it. Finn also has to deal with leading his Glee Club to a second Sectionals championship, but it comes at the cost of Blaine trying to take over his Glee Club. After becoming frustrated with Blaine's shenanigans once more, he kicks Blaine out of the Glee Club until after Sectionals, but he feels betrayed when Blaine joins the rival Glee Club The Acafellas, putting Blaine and Finn in a head-to-head match-up. Finn's Glee Club is able to win Sectionals and fend off Blaine, leaving Finn feeling victorious.

In Season 4, Finn finds out Rachel is expecting a baby and at first acts irrationally to the news, finally warming up to the idea and becoming confident in his abilities as an impending father. Finn suffers slight troubles when new cheerio Madison develops feelings for him, but he, Rachel and Santana are able to curve Madison's crush, resulting in the two being just friends. Finn ends up dealing with his latest competition when he has to face Jenny McCarthy and Dynamic Explosion. Dynamic Explosion's roster causes Finn to ask Jesse for assistance, where he begins to become friends with his former rival. Finn almost jeopardizes Puck's wedding when he accidentally loses the wedding rings, prompting the two friends to go on a crosstown adventure to find them. As a way of showing Puck that he fully accepts his relationship with Marley, Finn walks Marley down the aisle and gives Puck Marley's hand in marriage. Finn also sings with Rachel during the wedding reception.

Rachel and Finn continue to anticipate the birth of their child and soon find out the baby is a boy. However, their words come crashing down when Rachel gets into a car accident and finds the baby had passed away in the incident. Finn copes with the loss by leaning on others, but begins to feel alienated from his wife when Rachel would rather grieve on her own.

Puck Glee The NY Story

Noah "Puck" Puckerman is a main character on Glee: The New York Story. He's a New York City Police Officer at the 12th Precinct and is a member of the National Championship winning Glee Club 'Finn Harmonic'. He previously worked as a sales person at the guitar store 'Sam Ash'.

At the beginning of the series, Puck still inhabits some of his old characteristics while he was in High School; he was a womanizer who secretly was afraid of falling in love due to the feel of rejection.

He believes he's in love with Quinn in the Season 1 finale Sectionals and the two of them pursue a long-distance relationship in Thanksgiving. However, during You Are Woman, I Am Man he has a lapse of judgement and cheats on Quinn with a cougar. While Puck is immensely remorseful, he finds out Quinn slept with her professor to get a better grade and tells Rachel he broke up with Quinn. Rachel's understanding and support causes Puck to develop feelings for her, which ultimately ends in a kiss that Finn finds out about. Puck realizes he's in the wrong when Rachel doesn't reciprocate his feelings, apologizes to her and eventually regains Finn's trust.

While visiting McKinley in Seasons of Love, Puck finds out Quinn is dating someone else, which causes him to break up his friendship with her. At the same time, he befriends Marley Rose who had been the victim of Bree's bullying and he finds comfort in her. Their friendship evolves into romance and Puck reveals to Marley he's in love with her, the two of them beginning a relationship in the Season 2 finale No Boundaries.

Puck's behavior changes drastically in Season 3, him becoming more responsible and him finally settling down with Marley, but his relationship with Marley is hidden from Finn in the beginning of the season when he finds out Finn is Marley's older brother. In Where Is The Love Puck brings Marley with him to Lima in order to meet his family, but deals with confronting his estranged father when his father puts Marley in danger. In order to prevent Marley or anyone he loves from getting hurt, Puck decides to become a police officer, which results in him getting an internship at the 12th Precinct in Manhattan. In The One With Brittany's Mom, Puck officially proposes to Marley after much thought, Marley accepting his proposal. In Cloud 9, Puck attends Lucas's trial and is outraged when Lucas is found not guilty of harming Marley. Puck's athleticism is put to the test when Lucas kidnaps Marley, causing Puck to go after Lucas to save Marley. Puck is able to save Marley's life, but it's presumed Puck is dead after the nurses announced someone passed away while in surgery...and Marley finding out one of the files they put on the table belonged to Puck.

It's revealed Puck survived the gun-toting showdown in Season 4, where he is successfully becomes a member of the NYPD and is able to put Lucas in jail. Puck focuses his energy on planning his upcoming wedding to Marley, but along with Marley, he becomes a "brotherly-figure" to a teenage foster child named Jessica Goodwin. Puck and Marley hit a snag in the wedding planning when Marley suggests she and Puck push the wedding date back, but Puck and Marley are able to keep the wedding to around Valentine's Day when Isabelle books them the Ivory Room in Columbus, Ohio as a wedding present. Puck continues to deal with Jake's disdain for him, which eventually turns into a physical altercation while Puck also develops slight animosity for football quarterback Spencer after he makes an ill-advised joke about Marley's sexual assault.

As Puck's wedding date comes near, he feels anticipation, but he almost doesn't make it to the altar when Sue, Bree and Jake kidnap him following an argument with his mother. With Jake's change of heart and Marley embarking to the warehouse to find him, Puck is able to make it to the altar and marries Marley in front of his family and friends.

Puck discovers married life is different than he anticipated but is able to slowly adjust. While on the job, Puck saves Jessica from a deadly situation and eventually brings her home with him, which leads Puck and Marley to take on the role of guardians towards her as well as contemplate fighting for custody. Puck is diagnosed with vertigo in I Lived which he tries to keep from Marley but ultimately fails. Puck later realizes it's okay to tell Marley about his health and being sick doesn't make him weak. He and Marley get into their first big fight when Marley unwittingly chooses a record company over her husband, which upsets and frustrates Puck. However, after much soul searching, Puck realizes he wants to be with Marley and they reconcile. The incident causes Marley to be wary of following her dreams, which forces Puck to assist in finding Marley a new record label.

Marley Glee The NY Story 1

Marley Rose is a main character on Glee: The New York Story. She's a recording artist for Tennman Records, a freshman at The New York Academy of Dramatic Arts, a waitress at the Spotlight Diner and is a member of the National Championship winning Glee Club 'Finn Harmonic'.

At the start of the series, Marley is a sophomore at William McKinley High School and is in a relationship with Jake Puckerman. Marley first gains prominence in Season 2 when the Alumni come home for Christmas and Finn decides to introduce her to Rachel after hearing Marley is a fan of Rachel. Marley performs at the Christmas concert after Finn chooses her for it and Marley later shows up at Finn's doorstep with hopes Finn will go with her to do charity.

Towards the end of the second season, Marley finds herself the victim of cheerleader Bree who has nothing better to do than to taunt her. Bree is able to manipulate most of the Glee Club (including Jake) into thinking Marley was bullying her, causing Marley to feel alone. She soon develops a friendship with Puck which turns romantic after he continuously stands by her during her time of need. Despite revealing her love for Puck to him, she acknowledges she's still in a relationship with Jake but Puck agrees to wait for her. After finding out Jake slept with Bree, a betrayed Marley breaks up with Jake and begins a relationship with Puck in the Season 2 finale No Boundaries.

Marley spends the summer in New York City and is still in a relationship with Puck in Season 3. She falls deeper in love with him and begins to question whether to take the next step with him, going to Kurt for advice. Marley loses her virginity to Puck in Battle Of The Bands, which ignites a passionate, emotional and physical relationship between them. Marley soon finds out she can have the opportunity to graduate from McKinley early and after feeling upset with Jake, she accepts the offer, graduating from McKinley and beginning school at NYADA in the fall. She becomes a victim of sexual assault in Homecoming by NYADA alumni Lucas Hatchett and develops PTSD symptoms as a result, but with Puck's love and support she learns to control her emotions to the best of her ability. In The One With Brittany's Mom, Marley accepts Puck's marriage proposal, announcing to her friends that they plan on getting married on Valentine's Day of 2015. However in Cloud 9, Marley's confidence begins to deteriorate when Lucas ends up winning the case against her. With the love and support of her friends, she's able to perform at Sectionals, but soon faces the thought of a life without Puck when Lucas kidnaps her and shoots Puck, her believing Puck died at the hospital while in surgery.

Marley finds out Puck survives the gun-toting showdown in Season 4 and is able to witness Lucas being put behind bars. With the Lucas drama on hold, Marley begins to plan her wedding to Puck only to hit a slight snag when she gives Sam the money she saved for the wedding to help him and his family. Marley's past is revealed in Beneath Your Beautiful where everyone finds out she wore glasses and braces, and while worried about wearing glasses in the present, Puck assures her she looks beautiful with or without them. Marley later gets a tattoo to symbolize her love for Puck, the tattoo quoting "Everything Has Changed". Along with Puck, Marley becomes a "sisterly-type" figure to a young teenage foster child named Jessica Goodwin. Marley continues planning her wedding to Puck, but she continues to feel Jake's disdain for her choosing Puck over him. As Marley tries to stop Puck and Jake from fighting, she's accidentally struck in the altercation, which causes her to be wary of Jake. Marley's wariness of Jake becomes evident when she doesn't invite Jake to the wedding, but she faces her worst nightmare when Puck goes missing before their wedding day. Marley embarks to find Puck and after encountering Jake, both Jake and Marley are able to save Puck and bring him home. After the drama-filled events and finally reaching and understanding with Jake, Marley and Puck marry, and Marley finally makes peace with Jake during the wedding reception when Jake arrives and apologizes.

Marley realizes married life is different than she anticipated, but she's able to slowly adjust to the change. After Puck saves Jessica from a deadly incident, she and Puck take Jessica in and contemplate fighting for custody. Marley and Puck get into their first fight as a married couple when Marley signs a shady record deal with Columbia Records and is forced to fake a relationship with Jacob Posey. Puck eventually finds out the ruse and becomes heartbroken, which causes Marley to decide whether her marriage or career is important, ultimately choosing her marriage. Marley fights and earns Puck's forgiveness as the two of them attempt to move on from the situation. The incident causes Marley to become tentative when choosing a new record label as she doesn't believe in second chances, and she becomes surprised when Puck gets her a chance to sign with Justin Timberlake's 'Tennman Records'. Marley ultimately accepts the offer after guidance from Puck and begins her music career.

In Season 2, Kurt decides to create his own cover band and enlists Rachel, Finn, Santana, Puck and Dani to be in it. With insistence of Finn, Kurt holds auditions where they meet Elliott Gilbert, known then as Starchild. While Kurt initially doesn't want to let Elliott in the band, he eventually does. Kurt eventually develops a crush on Elliott and when Blaine comes to visit New York, he finds out about Kurt's crush, the two of them arguing and eventually breaking up. Kurt spends time trying to get over the breakup and eventually does. However, Kurt and Blaine reunite and agree to stay friends, even though there is lingering feelings.

Kurt along with Finn and Rachel go with Burt to the doctor in Seasons Of Love where they find out Burt's cancer is in remission. While Blaine and Kurt are supposed to be just friends, they have a one-night fling in Timber, but Kurt insists that it meant nothing. Blaine decides to take it one step further and proposes to Kurt in the Season 2 finale, Kurt questioning whether he should accept the proposal.

Kurt decides to accept Blaine's proposal in the third season premiere, but Kurt realizes living with Blaine in New York could complicate things. Kurt finds out Blaine started his own band after Kurt wouldn't let him in Pamela Lansbury, but the band almost broke them apart. Kurt and Blaine spend time planning their wedding until Kurt finds out during the school year that Sebastian Smythe is in New York and Blaine had befriended him. Blaine's lack of loyalty causes Kurt to break off the proposal. Kurt decides to take Adam Crawford to the Homecoming Dance but reveals to Blaine that he's not happy with Adam, causing Blaine to sing to him and them to kiss. In haste, Blaine and Kurt elope much to the shock of the New Yorkers and the anger of Burt. Kurt soon begins to regret his marriage to Blaine when Blaine insults Finn in front of the Glee Club, causing Kurt to choose his brother over his love. Kurt reaches the breaking point when Blaine switches Glee Clubs and breaks up with him, while at the same time finding himself interested in Sebastian. Sebastian and Kurt spontaneously kiss, a kiss that is witnessed by Blaine.

Kurt decides to take his relationship with Sebastian for a test spin in Season 4, although this causes problems between him and Blaine, since Sebastian had ridiculed Kurt in High School. However, Sebastian and Kurt's relationship takes off while Kurt questions his friendship for Blaine after Blaine refuses to apologize to Finn for his behavior. Kurt eventually decides he'd like to be an event planner, especially after Rachel mentions Kurt had done such a great job in planning Puck and Marley's wedding. At the start of the series, Blaine is a senior at William McKinley High School and makes an effort to get Kurt to spread his wings and fly, causing him to send Kurt to New York. Blaine plays a more prominent role in Season 2 when he comes to visit Kurt in New York, unaware that Kurt has a crush on Elliott Gilbert. The argument between Kurt and Blaine causes them to realize that they're unable to keep a long distance relationship, forcing them to break-up. Blaine goes back to Lima still with a broken heart but he and Kurt agree to be friends as Blaine prepares to graduate. Burt comes to New York once again to audition for NYADA and is invited to Kurt, Santana and Puck's house party where he and Kurt have a drunken one-night stand. Blaine tries to get answers from Kurt, but Kurt continues to plead that the one-night stand meant nothing. In an effort to win Kurt back, Blaine proposes to him in Los Angeles before New Directions is set to perform at Nationals.

Blaine graduates from McKinley in the Season 3 premiere along with Tina, Sam and Artie (Marley graduates later in the season) and Blaine wants an answer to the proposal, with Kurt agreeing. Although Kurt and Blaine are happy as they head to New York, they find it hard co-existing with one another. Blaine wants to be in the spotlight while in Kurt's band, but when Kurt doesn't give him the opportunity, he starts his own band with Artie, Sam, Marley and Brittany. Eventually, Blaine realizes he has to share the spotlight with Kurt and he agrees not to use his band in order to compete with Kurt. When Blaine finds out Kurt has a date to the Homecoming Dance, he asks Sebastian to the dance, but the night ends when Blaine and Kurt kiss. Blaine and Kurt decide to elope in Take On The World much to the shock of everyone in the loft. Blaine's "diva" attitude returns in Gleedo after experiencing anger Simone, Marley and Puck are chosen over him for solo and duet numbers at Sectionals. In anger Blaine ridicules Finn and tells him everyone would be better off without him, but it's proven untrue when everyone sticks up for Finn. Finn kicks Blaine out of Glee Club until after Sectionals, but Blaine runs to The Acafellas, competing against Finn and Finn Harmonic. The Acafellas end up losing with Blaine showing humility, but his humility disappears when he sees Sebastian and Kurt kissing following their breakup, angering him.

Blaine is still outed by the New Yorkers in the beginning of Season 4 and he's currently faced with the prospect of not being with Kurt when Kurt finds interest in Sebastian. When Blaine believes Sebastian is playing Kurt, it turns out Sebastian actually likes him, which troubles Blaine at the same time. Blaine sinks into a depression of not having Kurt, even going as far as getting a 'blackbird' tattoo to symbolize what Kurt meant to him while they were in Dalton together. Blaine returns to Lima for Marley and Puck's wedding, only to feel animosity towards Sebastian for taking Kurt away from him. Blaine continues to act wary towards Finn and the rest of the Alumni, until Blaine sees the preciousness of life once Puck goes missing. While at the wedding reception, Blaine and Finn finally bury the hatchet, with Blaine deciding he's going to focus on himself and not worry about Kurt and his relationship with Sebastian.

Blaine finds his feelings for Kurt resurfacing when he asks Kurt to do a death defying stunt at Regionals, and eventually gives him a kiss following the Regionals win. This leads Blaine to decide he doesn't plan on giving up on his relationship with Kurt and will do anything to win Kurt back.

Santana explains she's dating Brittany, but she invites Dani for dinner, unknowing Brittany would show up in New York. After Santana inadvertently makes Brittany feel like a third wheel, Brittany and Santana break-up, which gives leeway for Santana and Dani to get into a relationship. However, in Michael 2.0 Santana cheats on Dani with Brittany which ultimately ends her and Dani's relationship--but the two of them agree to stay friends.

While Santana still feels jealous and saddened that Brittany doesn't want to get back together, Santana does everything she can to make Puck miserable once she finds out he and Marley are in a relationship; she even goes as far as to interrupt Marley's first time with Puck and she calls Quinn with hopes of breaking Puck and Marley apart. Santana also has shown her soft side when she sobs once Puck is found safe, with Santana admitting Puck means a lot to her, despite their differences.

Santana slowly starts showing a genuine side to people other than Brittany, most notably Marley. Santana and Brittany decide to assist Puck in his quest of getting Marley a record deal and Santana helps soothes her fear of once again taking chances. Santana gets a big part during Regionals and is one of the first to celebrate when Marley is signed to a record deal and when Marley wins Regional MVP.
