Okay, as many of you may know, this wiki is HIGHLY unstable. Nearly half the admins on this wiki have either stepped down or left completely, and it's all because everyone here has been misbehaving and treating others like crap. I'm not mentioning any names, but a few people, some of which are chat mods, have been backbiting their friends and even bullying others. Not just the admins are leaving, but quite a few regular users are too. I'm just getting sick of people quitting right and left, even some of my closest wiki friends. As a former admin,I believe that the kind of behavior that has been displayed is not acceptable. I may not be bureau material, but if I were one, I would write rules that make it fair and safe for all users on this wiki, with the help of a couple other bureaus of course.

Now someone correct me if I'm wrong, but Glee Wiki Chat is supposed to be a place where we chat and talk about Glee and have fun, right? The original motto for Glee was "Glee, by it's very definition, is about opening yourself up to joy." However, how can we be joyful, or peaceful for that matter, if we are causing all of our friends to leave? I think the bullying ends NOW!

Since the Staff took away all bureaucrats, the wiki has been dwindling. I'm not trying to diss the Staff because I understand that they are just doing what they feel is right. However, I disagree with them completely because the wiki has only gotten worse since the bureaus were taken down. If they would just let us elect a couple bureaucrats for the job, we could make this wiki stable again by making new rules. There are so many great people here who are probably also going to leave, and I'm sick and tired of standing by idly as my best friends leave the wiki. Someone needs to step up and be the bigger man, if it has to be me, so be it. I don't necessarily want to take over the wiki, but I would like to be one of the ones who restores order to this wiki once and for all.

Ever since i stepped down as admin, many other admins followed me out, though most of them simply quit and left. While I don't blame them for leaving, I feel that I was sort of the one who started the trend and if I am, I apologize for it. However, I only stepped down as admin because I felt I needed a break. However, I feel as if my time to step back up has come once again. I probably won't get it back right away because we have no bureaucrats, but I could always ask the wiki staff to have it back. While I'm about 80% sure I won't get it back, it's still worth a try. I may not ever become bureaucrat or get my admin position back, which is completely fine with me. However, just to be clear, I mainly want to reclaim my admin position so that I can help this wiki return to normal and that we can continue use it with peace and harmony for as long as possible. :)
