Happy Valentine's Day - February 14th, 2015

I wasn't planning on going all fancy for this blog tbh. I'm not really feeling the Valentine's Day vibe today. I wasn't feeling it yesterday, either. A lot of people at my high school were receiving gifts and stuff, and I walked out empty-handed, as usual. One thing my former AP teacher told me was how Valentine's Day was considered as a Hallmark type of holiday. It was one of those holidays were the gifts, the commercials, and the materialism only mattered. I mean, honestly, a lot of holidays are like that, right? Thanksgiving is meant to be about giving thanks, and there are people who are only there for the food and/or football. Christmas is meant to be a time for family, and there are people who are only there for the decorations and p…

School Daze with Gina - Week One

This had to be the worst after school session all this week.

Okay, maybe I'm kind of over exaggerating it, but I was pissed either way. And before you ask, this had nothing to do with PO1; this has to do with my mother.

Yesterday, my choir teacher had told the whole class that today would be the first day we'd have after school rehearsals, since we have a football classic to perform at in a few weeks. From what I remembered last year, everyone who took choir had to take six after school sessions a month. I kind of slacked off last year, so I decided to go ahead and get this one over with. And my friend I sat with in AP English Literature also had to stay after school, but she had to go to band practice. We promised to text each other when we…

The Writers of the Wiki Challenge - Round One: "Young Girl"

Young Girl is a story/one-shot, written by Gina, which has been entered in the first round of a Writers of the Wiki challenge, created by Vik. This story revolves around the birth of Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson's baby girl, Sara Hummel-Anderson, with Quinn Fabray as her biological mother. However, instead of planning the baby's first steps and future college plans, the family has to make memorial arrangements.

This is not a canon story nor has it aired in any of the seasons of Glee. I do not own any of the characters in this story.

Kurt Hummel and Kitty Wilde were at Bed Bath and Beyond, glancing around for a crib to place Kurt and Blaine's baby in after it's born. They found a luxurious section in the store where many white cribs rested, al…

Wiki Game - July 11th, 2014

Okay, I want everyone to do a little game/challenge for me. Everyone choose 7 random TV shows. Here's the catch, though: one needs to be a comedy, one needs to be a drama, one needs to be a reality show, one needs to be a game show/competition series, one needs to be an animated series, one needs to be a childhood TV series (one you've watched when you were young), and a talk show series.

From every series you chose, with the exception of your talk show series, choose three random people/characters from that series.

Here's just an example of how I picked mine (doesn't have to be the same order or anything, btw):

1) Glee (comedy series)

  • a1. Kitty Wilde
  • b1. Kurt Hummel
  • c1. Santana Lopez

2) Pretty Little Liars (drama series)

  • a2. Emily Fields
  • b2. Alison Di…

Nobody Said It Was Easy

I love this wiki so much. There's no disputing that I love coming here and spending time with the most amazing people on the internet. You all mean the world to me, and I never want to lose you or anything.

However, I've been thinking about...well, a lot of things. Firstly, let's talk about school. I just want everyone to know that I feel like I've been living a lie all this time. I don't like to betray other people or hide the truth. Everyone should get the chance to know the true me instead of the person I want others to see when they think about me because "I'm not really living if I'm not 100% honest" (quote from Pitch Perfect). So... *takes a deep breath* here it is: I'm not actually a senior in high school; I'm only in my third year.

Ok…
