OK as some of you may know DocMD is no longer head admin (Refer to: http://glee.wikia.com/wiki/User_blog:Simple.PlanNER/Blog_to_Remove_DocMD_and_Trae209%27s_admin_rights )

There was a previous blog created for users to vote on who the new leaders should be, but things were a little too unorganized and it started turning into a popularity contest rather than who is right to the position. So here's my idea on how the voting should go:

There would be an admin board where we vote about decisions made. For example: The Warbler Council. So that we can guarantee a wider range of opinions and fairness. The board would also include ST and CM in decision making.

I was thinking that there should be a board of 3 Bureaucrats (of equal rank i.e. Lead) and 10 Administrators. The candidates for Bureaus would be chosen from the current admins and Bureaucrats only. That way we already have an idea of who our candidates are as leaders. And Administrator positions to be chosen from current Bureaucrats, admins, ST (Spam Team), and CM (Chat Moderator) again for the same reason.

Each candidate (Candidates would be anyone who wants to run based off the criteria above) would create a blog on why they should keep or be chosen for the job and we have the users vote off that. And the link to the blogs would be in the the Vote blog. And users can Vote in the comments. The time limit for voting would be a couple of days or a week so that more people get a chance to vote.

I know some people would be upset at the idea of being demoted but we have way too many bureaus and admins not doing their jobs (or not doing them correctly) as it is. And if you've been active and shown that you deserve to keep your job I don't think you have anything to worry about. THIS IS NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST! The people chosen would be running this site so it's important to choose wisely. So that's my idea. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This plan isn't set in stone. We're still trying to figure everything out so again leave suggestions please.
