Battle of the Sexes is the third episode in my ongoing Glee fan fiction, Glee: The Next Generation. It was released on October 22nd.

PlotEdit

The final day of auditions gets underway, bringing in James Holland, John Weiner, and Hallie Grace. Now with the required 13 members needed for competition, it's time to get to work. To lighten things up after such an emotional lesson, Will decides it's time for another of his imfamous "sing-offs" and decides to pit the boys against the girls at a "Battle of the Sexes" after school event that upcoming Monday night. The winners will get to pick a number and perform it for Invitationals, which is two weeks away. With so much on the line and both teams wanting to win so bad, they turn to some Glee Club pros to help them out. The boys recruit Brittany Pierce to help them with their dance moves, and Blaine Anderson to help them with their on-stage charisma. Meanwhile, the girls recruit Kurt Hummel to help them with their theatricality, and Rachel Berry to help them with their singing. Also, things heat up between two potential couples.

After this episode goes up, I'll be creating a poll. You can vote for who you want to win "The Battle of the Sexes." The winning group will then be announced in episode 4. Everyone who's character is in the winning group, you can nominate one song for that group to sing at Invitationals. I'll do another poll and everyone can then vote on what song from those choices to perform at Invitationals. I want this competition to be as interactive as possible.
