Done With the Drama
The drama needs to stop. Seriously it NEEDS to stop. I am tired of just watching this go down and only speaking up in comments. I am here to say what probably alot of you are thinking.
This all started a couple weeks ago when Trae209 and Kurt'sBoy86 said they were leaviing the wiki. Alot of us said our goodbyes and best of lucks and dont go's, but it all got better and I think they are back. Yay!
But the reasons why they left are really sad. People can be complete jerks on here and it really should stop.
Sadly for us the drama kept piling on, and tonight I read something very eye-opening.
So, the Simple-PlanNER posted a blog about revoking the admin rights for Trae209 and DocMD, 2 of the wikis most loved admins. Or so I thought. Some of you have probably read it, if you haven't here's the link.
The backlash is horrible along with the evidence proven against them. I really shouldn't talk about this since I ALSO posted information and evidence about one of the 2 admins, so go ahead call me a big fat hypocrite.
Still I'm sick of this. When I joined the wiki, fresh-faced and super naive, I was welcomed with open arms. People were nice to me and I felt accepted. At some point or another, you all probably felt this. If you haven't hopefully you will soon.
But that's not the point of this. What happened is I soon realized the problems this wiki has. Some users here have been cruel and some admins have been a little bit overbearing with the rules. Everyone needs to calm down.
things will only get worse if we keep going all Lima Heights on each other. Everyone here has a voice, so stop abusing it. Be kind, not cruel. If people are complete jerks and don't follow the main rules (swearing, bashing other users, etc.) then ban them. Don't ban or snap at people because they decide to say "I really dislike *insert charcter here* or because they say something once (example gay*insert glee actors name here*) and you call it spamming.
Can we just agree that the drama needs to end? Please?
