Heyy! How's it going? For those wondering how I'm doing, I'm super. Its been so long since I've updated on my fanfic that I needed to make this. Sadly my summer plans of getting chapter 1 done have been intercepted by writers block, trying to find out how to put smaller characters into my fanfic, and obbessing over Perks of Being A Wallflower (BE AGGRESIVE, PASSIVE AGGRESIVE!) And now I'm rambling, sweet!

So back to the point of this blog. I am here to annouce something and to ask something. I am here to annouce that chapter 1 is around 35% done. I know that's not much, but I'm writing every night and I am making sure I have enough good details, interesting dialogue, and well not messing up horribly so that you can enjoy. My due date for it is September 4th, which is my first day of school, so if its not up then then I am going into hiding.

As for what I wanted to ask you is this: who is interested in reading this? Yes it's been at least 5 months since I annouced the cast and I have changed a lot of things, but I really want to know so that I can easily contact you when its up. If you have no idea what changes I have made to the plot, here's a summary:

In 2005, a show choir from Anthony McKenzie High School in Chicago, The Harmonics, won their first Nationals championship. The group was a favorite to win next year, until their director, Mr. Lockhart, transfered schools and the schools history teacher, Mrs. Roz Burns, took over. Strict, verbally abusive, and cold hearted, Mrs. Burns sent The Harmonics into chaos, with members dropping out left and right and the group not even being able to qualify for Sectonals. For the past 7 years the club has been in ruins, with no members, no support, and even their own name being taken away and given to their rivals at Hope Springs Academy. There seemed to be no chance for them to succeed, until Mrs. Burns was fired for inapporiate conduct with a student, and just graduated Damian Snider took over the club, renaming it Double Take and rebooting the club. With the help of home ec. teacher Kitty Cole, science teacher Patch Evans, and english teacher Remy Parkinson, Damian and the club prepare for their comeback, even if some want to bring them down.
