We Are the Champions by Queen is featured in Nationals, the twenty-first episode of Season Three. It is sung by the New Directions with Finn, Kurt, Puck, Quinn, Rachel and Santana singing solos.
The performance is dedicated to Will, who is announced to have won the "Teacher of The Year" award. New Directions are dressed in their Nationals costumes as they sing the song. During the performance, Mr. Schue hugs all the glee members. He proudly holds up his award at the end of the song.
It is featured on Glee: The Music, The Graduation Album.

Errors
- Towards the end, whilst Santana is hugging Mr. Schuester, she stops singing even though her and Rachel's 'No time for losers' line can be heard. She then resumes singing whilst that line is being sung again but is instead seen singing 'champions.'
- When Mr. Schuester is hugging Santana and going to hug Mike, Sugar sings 'We are the champions', but the line is 'No time for losers'.
